Can I return a product purchased through Cash on Delivery (COD) and get a refund?
Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders due to the customized nature of the product. If you wish to return the product for a replacement, please pack it carefully and ship it to us using a reputable courier service with prepaid shipping. The product must be UNUSED and in a resalable condition. A re-shipping fee of ₹75 will be charged for the replacement.
