What should I do if I ordered a case but received a skin instead?

It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the product, which you thought was a phone case. However, we have clearly stated on our website and all our social media channels that it is a skin. We intentionally avoid using terms like "case" or "cover" to prevent any confusion.There is a working return policy intact which has been outlined on our website FAQ. For returns, a ₹150 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds to cover shipping and handling. To exchange an UNUSED item, please return it in resalable condition via a prepaid courier. A ₹75 re-shipping fee applies for replacements. Note: Refunds are not applicable on COD orders.
