How can I request a reverse pickup for returning my order?
We do not offer a reverse pickup service; therefore, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. If you wish to return your order, please email us with the reason for the return, along with images of the product and the received package for verification. Once we confirm your request, you can return the entire package. Please note that we will not process replacements or issue refunds for packages returned without prior email confirmation.
