How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your COD order, email us the cancellation requestwith the reason for cancellation within 6-8 hours of placing the order to proceed with the cancellation.
If your COD order is still under process and not shipped, we will go ahead with the cancellation.
If we receive your cancellation request after your COD order has already been shipped,it cannot be cancelled. If the order is refused upon delivery, our system algorithm automatically marks it as ineligible for future COD orders.
