How can I cancel a prepaid order?
To cancel your prepaid order, email us the cancellation request with the reason for cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order to avoid any charges.
If your order is still under process and not shipped, we will initiate a full refund of your payment without any deduction.
If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package upon arrival so that it gets returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will initiate the refund of your payment with a deduction of ₹150 which covers the to and fro shipping/handling and restocking fees.
